- Full time licesed nurses assess and oversee the resident's changing health needs, communicate with physicians and pharmacies, assist with scheduling appointments and required innoculations.
- Emergency call systems with two locations in each apartment
- Wellness center with hydra-therapy tub, steam shower, exercise equipment and health maintenance classes.
